ImportantIf you plan to import demo (dummy) content, we strongly recommend installing Brandberry on a fresh WordPress website with no existing content. This helps prevent conflicts with pages, menus, and media files.
Recommended PHP Configuration Limits
In some cases, you may encounter issues during theme installation, plugin activation, or demo content import (such as errors, timeouts, or a blank page). These problems are usually caused by low PHP server limits.
To avoid these issues, we recommend the following PHP configuration values:
memory_limit — 256M post_max_size — 64M upload_max_filesize — 64M max_execution_time — 180 max_input_vars — 10000
If you are unsure how to change these values, please contact your hosting provider and ask them to apply the recommended settings.
